Section 301
Don't search other people's body
(1) An authorized officer according to the law or a person assigned for the purpose of his order or security shall not, except with the permission of the authorized officer, search or cause to be searched the body, vehicle or personal use of others without the consent of the concerned person.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees.
